“Natural” is just that— our cattle
are fed 100% vegetarian diet
with no animal by products &
without the use of any antibiotics, hormones, implants, or
protein feed additives. Pasture fed during the
grazing season along with grains, natural minerals &
high quality grass and alfalfa hay, that we bale locally in
McHenry County and they are raised in a
stress-free environment. If you are searching for a beef product
that is healthy and safe, you’ve found it!. We know each of our
animals personally. Our calves are born & raised on our farm,
and finished out on our strict management and feeding programs.
Our animals are fed to attain a very high quality prime grade,
then harvested at a USDA Inspected local processor, aged,
packaged, to await pickup or delivery to you. This fresh, locally-produced beef is raised on a family farm
where sustainable agricultural practices are stringently
implemented. We are licensed by the Illinois Department of
Agriculture & McHenry & Kane County Health Departments.
