We strive to provide you top quality hay, but In the event after purchase if you have acquired any undesirable small squares, we will replace the hay. You will need to contact us first and then bag the hay and return. We will not honor this policy unless you have the bales to return , if you have chosen to burn, discard, throw away the hay in question, we will not honor this policy.
